Customer service is the worst. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT A TRACKING NUMBER IS HAVE TO KEEP ASKING FOR ONE EVERYTIME I PURCHASE SOMETHING. AND GET THE RUN AROUND

I placed an order and the sizing did not match their size description so I returned the item. They only issue store credit on returns. It took me months to find another item I felt was reasonably priced to use my store credit. Again, the size description on the site did not match the product. Now I'm basically out the money because they will only issue me store credit for the return and I don't want to order from their site anymore.

They will not accept returns if they run sales... I purchased a lot of items that they were doing 20% off and none of the items fit (too big) I paid to return items for store credit and they said since it was a sale no credit would be given and they said in order to get items sent back I would have to pay shipping again! Now why would I want to pay for items to be shipped back to me that did not fit properly? The only other option was to donate the clothes! Customer service is horrible! All other online boutiques will give you store credit which would have been fine... I would have ordered other items - but now I will not ever shop here again! Way better boutiques with good customer service is out there!

I ordered a cardigan. Paid little over $44 total. Sent pics and got nothing but the run around. No refund for a defective cardigan! It's a shirt not a cardigan! Most boutiques the owner helps and makes sure you get a return. Not this boutique! Obviously not what I paid for. Buyer Beware!

Terrible quality of clothing, and shipping takes a very unbelievable time. I made a few orders on March 10-12,2021, and they did not ship out till March 17,2021. I contacted customer service about these issues, but was just given the run around. I will not shop with them again, and have warned my family and friends about them. I was only allowed to upload 1 order to this review to prove I have shopped with them. I actually had 4 orders.

I am an avid online shopper and to be completely honest wasn't sure want to expect when my sunglass order came to 13 dollars but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Order came in the cutest packaging, order wasn't delayed I got in on time and these sunglasses are $100 quality sunglasses I got for $13 dollars in total. Will definitely be ordering from them very soon!

Customer service isn't all the great. I don't get reply's to my emails nor do i get calls back. Returned a item and cant get no information on my refund. I have spent over $500.00 in the past few months and this is HOW I GET TREATED.

I have bought a lot from them. I bought a double hoodie and it was not soft at all, like cardboard and the tag said made in China. $48 and the threads were coming out of it

The clothes are cheaply made and cost way too much for the quality received. Clothes appears to be a good deal until you receive them and see the quality. Because honestly $29 for a shirt or leggings is not much but it is too much for clothes that break/are see through/or fit poorly.

Also beware that they have a strict rerun policy that requires tags on, invoice, and then they only give store credit. Now I have store credit for cheap clothes that I don't want.

Note that I bought "leggings" that had zero stretch to them, were completely see through when I placed my hand in them, had bad stitching/threads hanging everywhere, and were way too baggy at the ankles.

The clothes are so ugly and cheap. The majority of the tops are poor quality, they're $34 which is $29 too much. Its very hard to figure out how to order from their FB page. I wont be back... awful clothing.
